About the Session:

How does the science of our body impact the strategies used to support challenging behaviors, including those who have experienced trauma?  Participants will be introduced to Polyvagal Theory through guided exercises and examples, and learn how physiological states impact behavior and relationships.

The Science of Safety Part 2: A Polyvagel Informed Approach to Supporting Challenging Behaviours will be offered in April. A date will be selected based on feedback following Part 1.
