Lauren started her career in hospitality and worked her way to a multi-site manager and had a strong focus on training and development in her region. Her rounded experience lends a hand in Lauren's unique take on ways of working. Lauren took a jump into Property Management and successfully ran 5 apartment developments for a growing build to rent company. Lauren’s passion is people and she wholeheartedly believes they are fundamental to any organisation’s success. Her focus throughout her career has been in training and development, empowering people and HR functionalities.

Lauren and her husband decided in 2022 to pursue their dream of moving to Canada with their two children. Lauren’s happy place is with her friends and family. She loves the outdoors, being on/in the water and never too far from a glass of bubbles. She is obsessed with exploring new places, finding her next adventure, anything sparkly and a well-loved mouse called Mickey!
