Our Team

Rogan Bowen-Harper (he/they) is the Technology / Marketing Lead and Program Support for both the Northwest Regional Learning Consortium (NRLC) and the Southern Alberta Professional Development Consortium (SAPDC). Born and raised in Alberta, Rogan attended Mount Royal University where he earned a Bachelor of Communication in Journalism. As fresh graduate, Rogan has worked as a reporter and photographer for The Calgary Journal (a publication based out of MRU’s journalism department) and Article 1 (a human rights centered magazine meant to highlight major injustices around the globe). In his free time Rogan enjoys building computers, urban city-scape photography, and writing freelance journalism pieces.
