About the Session:

Cet atelier a pour but d’informer les enseignants au niveau élémentaire en immersion et en français langue seconde au DELF PRIM : A1.1. Visant les enseignants de FLS en 6e année, ainsi que les enseignants d’immersion française en 4e et 5e année, les participants découvriront des exemples de sujet en production orale, production écrite, compréhension orale et compréhension écrite qui contiennent des thèmes d’intérêt pour les enfants entre 7 à 11 ans.


Cette formation permettra à l’examinateur-correcteur DELF d’administrer et corriger les épreuves DELF PRIM. Le DELF PRIM permet à l’élève de montrer ses compétences en français, d’être récompensé de son travail à l’école et de s’habituer à passer un diplôme dès le début de son apprentissage du français.

About the Presenter(s):
Diana Boisvert

Diana Boisvert is the French Language Resource Centre Director and the Vice-President of SLIC (Second Languages and Intercultural Council).  Within her role, she also directs the Grande Prairie DELF-DALF Exam Centre.  Diana has been heavily involved in a partnership with France and was among the first to participate in a job-shadowing experience in Nancy, France.  In addition, she was one of the first FSL (Core French) teachers to pilot the DELF PRIM exams in all of Canada.  Noted for her initiatives, she has presented at several local, provincial and national conferences.  Diana has a significant background in French as a Second Language (Core French) classroom, as well as experience in the French Immersion classroom.  With hands-on experience in successfully applying best practices in second language teaching and learning to her own students, through the use of current resources, Diana is the 'go-to' specialist for all things FSL (Core French).
