This session is closed to Northlands School Division Pedagogical Supervisors.

The session will give participants the “Overview of CBCI” as well as build a deeper understanding of Concept-Based Pedagogy, the Structure of Knowledge, the Structure of Process, Conceptual Lenses, and offer interactive activities for participants, including an introduction to concept-based unit planning.

Participants must read the Erickson/Lanning/French "Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction for the Thinking Classroom", Second Edition book prior to the event and bring hard copy or e-copy to the event.
