Learning Opportunities

We welcome back the Mamawihtowin “Coming Together” Conference, after a two year absence, with the theme of “Education for Reconciliation”.

This year’s conference will feature two days of keynotes and breakout sessions to engage and empower all educators who come together and work toward the success of all students. When you register for this conference you have the opportunity to also pre-register into your breakout sessions of choice, including sessions with  Carey Newman’s The Witness Blanket Documentary, Charlene Bearhead, Dr. Nicole Sherren and Kerrie Moore with the Palix Foundation and more!

Note:  Monday morning conference activity includes the Pipe Ceremony, The Elders Panel, and the opening Keynote.  This starts at 6:30am and goes until 12:15.  Check the attached Conference Program for full details.  You may choose to come in at 8:30 check in and coffee.
